This event will provide an overview of the legal basics that all SMEs need to be aware of. This two hour seminar will be split into four half hour segments covering the legal basics of 1. company and commercial law, 2. commercial property law, 3. employment law; and 4. commercial dispute resolution.
These are the cornerstone legal areas that will impact on all businesses on a daily basis.
This event will provide attendees with simple explanations of legal jargon and arm them with the basic knowledge needed to address legal issues that may arise. Topics covered will include: company formations, commercial contracts, business and asset sales and purchases, buying and leasing commercial premises, property litigation, hiring staff and dealing with employment issues, debt recovery, avoiding and settling disputes and insolvency.
