Making Tax Digital is a government initiative that sets out a bold vision for a digital tax system to “make it easier for individuals and businesses to get tax right and keep on top of their affairs – meaning the end of the tax return for millions.”
The roll-out of the initiative has already begun. Every small business owner and individual taxpayer now has access to a digital account that they can use to check their records and manage their details with HMRC.
This event is set out to help smaller and medium size businesses prepare for what is to come and advice to keep up with the changes.
Established in 1851, Newby Castleman is one of the largest independent firms of Chartered Accountants in the East Midlands, with offices in Leicester and Loughborough.
The event will be facilitated at The Exchange, Rutland Street in the Cultural Quarter with free Tea / Coffee & Bacon Butties!
